The popular interfaith roundtable resumes on April 21st after a brief break for the February and March forums. Join us at the Santa Cruz Room at the Padre Sera Center at 5205 Upland Rd., Camarillo, California.
This group, which meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM, engages in facilitator-led discussion on current issues confronting people of all faith paths. Individuals of all faiths (or none at all!) are encouraged to come and enter into the dialogue on how religion and spirituality interface with current events. Some of the topics that we’ll be addressing in the near future are:
- April 21, 2016 – Suicide and religion: who has the right?
- May 19, 2016 – Why do Black Lives Matter when all lives matter?
- June 16, 2016 – Bullies in America: how do we as religious and/or spiritual people meet the challenge of reducing bullying in the United States?
